Freak accident

Tough situation here, so the my 26-28ish inch Arowana that I had for over 5 years, grew up from 4 inches and built this tank specifically for him freaked out and jumped hitting the lid, then freaked out injuring his mouth and potentially his swim bladder, he’s in a 600 gallon tank with a couple of tank mates that don’t bother him he’s the alpha fish in their even when he’s injured so no fear of him getting bullied. It’s been almost 5 days his mouth injury seems to have worsened his barbels fell off and his swim bladder issue is still their as in he can’t float so he lies on bottom and if he swims it’s using propulsion from his tail.





At first I decided to go the simple route and do water changes maintaining clean water quality so he heals himself but that doesn’t seem to be working.



And I fear netting him out for medicated baths would cause more stress cuz it’s a huge flighty fish.



So what do y’all think is my best course of action now.
