My niger cat is always freeked out at one end or the other of my 240gal tank. I got him at ocean blue. he wasn't freaked out there. H has a sore on his snout from trying to bust out of the end of the tank. Why?

try lowering your light. I have 2-3' lights on my 150 but i removed one and centered the other. It dimmed the light and my fish are much less skittish. I also found that dark substrates help. It may take him a while to settle in. just watch that sore.
