I don't have a iPhone but tap upload file snap a pic and tap post reply. If that doesn't work try sending a pic from documents using the same steps.
If you are new you have to wait till you do x number of post in other people threads. Then you can upload your pics. I believe it's a anti-spam gate of sorts.
Seems you have enough post, I just checked you post count, so just press the upload a file button (right hand side just below this box you type in) and goto your pic storage

What would you rate my flower horn Fred, is he of good quality, or low quality? I love him either way I think he looks amazing.
