Free 40g breeder and Fluval 406 *BROKEN* SFV

I have 40g breeder that was once a sump . I broke one panel while trying to remove the bulkhead . The Fluval 406 does not work either . I do not know what the issue is nor do I want or bother trying to diagnose . Looks like I have all the parts .

Located in the SanFernandoValley . If not gone by end of weekend all will go in trash .
