Description:

This is a beautiful, and relatively docile oscar. It is 11" long and lives with 5 silver dollar fish ranging from 2-4" long, showing what a true gentle giant he or she is. He or she only chases them occasionally, and with very little persistence. I don't know the gender. He/she is pellet trained, and is on a diet of frozen cubed foods and New Life Spectrum Mega Fish Formula 10mm pellets. Comes to the top for food. Begs for food. I have had this fish for almost 5 years and it was young at petsmart store purchase. If you have any questions please ask. God bless you.​

Bad news, or good depending on what temperament you look for in your aquarium fish. The oscar snapped and seemed to get close to biting one of the silver dollars. He/she has chased them before, but I wanted to let everyone know about the incident, which may have been one of many others I didn't catch. Someone may take that as suggesting it is more aggressive than I wrote about originally.
The majority of the time the oscar is minding his/her own business.
