I have a approx 7-8" Bay Snook (Petenia splendida), red color morph, that I need to find a home for, due to issues with future tankmates. The fish in in great health, eats well(mainly bloodworms), but is quite shy. I am gving it away, but for pick up only. I am about 40 miles north of Cincinati, OH; Lebanon area. Pics are in this thread, they are a few months old.

Anybody, My Jar and Rainbow Wolf are starting to have issues now so I really need to move the Jar to the 125, but that's were the Snook is and I know they have issues. Also last night when I was feeding he actually came out and he's more like 9-10" with better color than ever.
 
whats the max size and good tank mates for it. i may be interested i am in michigan.
 
Sorry for the delayed response. Max size according to the Pocket Guide is 20", but FishBase says 18", so I would say a safe bet would be around 16-18". As far as tankmates any other larger fish that is a somewhat aggresive feeder, bc he will steal food. Also I may now ship the fish (taker pays).
