I have a Datnoides, I think its microlepis. I do have pictures and video if you want them.
This is a picture of the fish when it was younger, you can use it for identification. Now the fish is a bit darker, but I think that may be due to the substrate color because it does lighten up at times.
He/she is about 6" long. I got it from a a friend who had it in a 90 gallon, but now it is in a 40 gallon (alone) and it is simply not big enough for the fish. I will give the fish to you for free as long as you have at least a 90 gallon, the bigger the better. I have never shipped fish before, and do not want to go through that, so it is pick up only. I live in California, LA area. I feed the fish Krill. Please feel free to ask any questions.
