Does anyone have any healthy ghost shrimp that they wouldn't mind giving away a few just to start a colony? I looked in my LFS, but they were all feeder ghost shrimp and, though cheap, were just sickly and there were dead ones just all over the place and it just didn't look too good. I'm willing to pay shipping via priority mail, which should be around $6 cause it should fit in the smallest box. Please attach pics with offer so that I can see how healthy they look. I'd preferably like a breeding harem of 1 male with a couple female. Thanks.

Cherry shrimp are much better and easier. Ghost shrimp babies are hard to raise cause they need brackish ive heard. And also they have a larval stage before becoming a shrimp.

ghost shrimp dont need brackish for the shrimplets.. however the parents really enjoy eating the young....

cherry shrimp are no more or less easy than ghost shrimp to breed..

anyway... 405 tropical fish almost always have a healthy stock.. 8-$1 or something like that
