Post it on craigslist.org if you haven't already. Also try your LFS, they're not always too keen on taking another tiger or red oscar, but everybody loves lutinos and albinos like yours.

yeah, i put it on craigslist but most of the people on there dont know how much room these fish need. I ask them a couple questions on what setup they have and I cant just let him go off and get mistreated.
