We have two shark catfish to offer in upstate New York. They are approximately 6 inches long apiece, and are currently in a 75 gallon tank. These guys regularly reach 12" to 14", so be prepared to move them again into a bigger tank at some point!
While these fish are free, there is a catch: You MUST have a brackish or marine tank that is already healthy and established to put them in. Although shark catfish are commonly sold with freshwater fish (we got them at Petsmart), they need to be kept in salt water when they get older. We've had these two fish for approximately 8 months, and they are very healthy. We're giving them away because we do not have the ability to set up a brackish tank at this point.
