Free snails!

2nd snail egg sac I've observed. First one disappeared from it's bamboo perch and I'd like to do what I can to save the snails. Have nerites and mysteries in that tank. What do I do? They are on the inside of the glass lid and I have to take it off occasionaly.

Those are mystery snail eggs, Nerites look like random pearls spread all over the tank. I've never had the desire to actually hatch them, so I can't help you there. I usually dispose of the clutches

If you want more just try and make sure they stay damp. Taking the lid off occasionally isn't going to hurt them otherwise. Ideally you'd probably want them in(Over?) another tank.
