Freelance photography

I've been very interested to hear that some of our members are doing freelance photography, earning real dollars for their hard work and talents. Given the standard I've seen in some of our sub-forums, I'm not surprised.

I'm sure many members here would love to hear any stories, anecdotes or advice you may have on how you got started.

Hi Jason - I've been taking stock images on a regular basis for a couple of local outlets since the start of the year - I upload my images onto the various web boards that the stores sponsor so users can see what they have got in. Its going quite nicely and I am developing a large database of unusual specimens as they pass through. ;-)
