How often does everyone feed blood worms/brine shriimp like food to there CA cichlids.

Is it too much to feed a lil bit of htem everyday?? I usually feed hikari gold pellets, brine, and bloodworms everyday to my fish. Should I only be giving them this type of food as a treat?? I guess i'm just wondering what everybodies feeding routine is??

That should be fine, your fish are getting a variety of food, and as long as your not giving them too much food, then your doing good! For treats, throw in worms, quarintined minnows, crickets, mealworms, etc.

when I use to feed my yabbie, most of the worms ended up in the filter! So I wasn't worried about "over feeding"
