Anyone tried Flukers freeze dried crickets and mealworms? I saw these at Petsmart and was wondering if these would make good treats for my oscar.

I tried the crickets on about 10 different species of fish. Only a couple of fish would eat them. The others ignored them, or spit them out. Maybe my fish are just spoiled on frozen foods. I'm not sure.

My killies and black skirt tetras, and my daughters gourami tear up on the freeze dried bloodworms I give 'em.

I bought some for my aros but they won't eat it so i feed them to my oscar and my RES.

My o's like fd blood worms as much as frozen, but of course not as much as live blood worms. I never use live blood worms though cause they get in the gravel before the fish can get them all. Fd, floats, and they get em all! They are pretty cheap so its worth a try.

i've tried freeze dried "everything" the only thing my fish enjoy are dried krill

My jar aro loves crickets, but what I do is buy them live and throw them in a container and put them in the freezer. When it's timefor him to eat them I thaw the out and put the crickets in the tank and he goes nuts for them.:headbang2
