Is there any major nutritional difference between freeze dried foods and frozen foods? I have frozen bloodworms and freeze dried blood worms. Are they both the same?Nutritionally speaking of course.

Thank you for any help.:chillpill:

I just checked my packs of frozen krill, nutritionaly freeze dried seem far superior!!! a lot less protein in the frozen as opposed to dried....:)

That is manipulated. Nutritionally, they are the same. Since there is no water in the Freeze Dried, the percentages of protein and fat are way higher. They both have their benefits and some you can only get in frozen, like beefheart. I prefer freeze dried krill because I can toss it in and my fish can hit it off of the surface. It is all dependant on preference.
