Freezer Burn

So I bought some Hikari bloodworms a few months ago, you know the package that comes with two flat sheets of bloodworms in a zippy. I completely forgot that there was a second package still somewhere in my fridge until I found it while digging around for frozen shrimp. Well the bag was damaged and about a third of it was freezer burned, though the salvageable parts did look normal and not black or dry. Is it still safe to feed?

I don't see a problem. I've eaten freezer burned meat a few times. it's basically just freeze dried.

It's fine, but probably lost some of it's nutrition.
