If I froze the tails of crawdads would it kill any possible parasites? If so then I might get a bunch of crawdads with a trap and just freeze the tails to feed the fish later on.

Why just the tails? You fish will get more nourishment from the internal organs and whatever the crays ate before being frozen. Whether all or part of the crays are frozen, they should be green frozen to prevent freezer burn. Freeze the crays in water (just enough to cover them entirely). Once frozen, place them in water again and freeze. The extra layer of ice will better isolate them from air where the burn may occur.
If you're just freezing to kill parasites, do so in a 0 degree F freezer. Many smaller and lesser quality fridge/freezers freeze down to 10 F.

I was thinking just the tail for bigger crawdads but I'll do the whole crawdads if they're small enough. I was just trying to make it easier for the fish
