Just thought I should say hi. I visit the forums a lot but only recently my friend gave me his ten gallon so as i'm setting that up i'm probably going to be posting and asking questions a lot so I thought I should introduce myself.
I'm from southern California (orange county) and I've been one of the unpaid managers in my schools public aquarium for over a year now so I have a bit of experience in semi larger marine tanks (200 to 400s, temperate and tropical) but setting up a 10 gallon freshwater is gonna be a new experience for me.
You guys have already been plenty helpful so far and I'm looking forward to any future advice.
