Ive been to a aquatics shop today and spotted what i belive to be a NGT, now it was in the 'barckish' section of the store which clearly stated that the fish in this section need special water requirements etc etc. Now im not an expert - infact im far from that, but i thought dats were fresh water fish not salt water fish....would somone like to educate me????????

i keep my ngt in freshwater, i've heard some people say they are brackish fish though

Mine was in a brackish tank when I bought it.They may enter brackish waters at some point in the wild but I've never heard of anyone keeping them in brackish aquariums.
