That does not look like a Lionfish at all, I believe there are no freshwater Lionfish. Compare

Its a saltwater toadfish. Possibly they breed in brackish then head to salt as they grow... or its just a mishap that they found them in brackish. Anyway, they're not freshwater what so ever.
 
Yeah I think they call it a lionfish as it has the venomous spines on its back like the sw one. It says that they go to between freshwater and brackish water but will live in either. I dont think it is true what they say on the link though as they seem to be the only site with info on them.
 
that looks more like a pleco to me than anything else, try posting the link on plecofanatics.com, the guys/girls there are incredible at IDing things, they might be able to help
 
Not a catfish at all, toadfish are widespread shallow water relatives of stonefish. some live in brackish waters and many have young that travel from tidal areas to full freshwater like some puffers and flatfish do.
