i like the figure 8 puffers but can you put one in a fresh water tank or do they have to be brackish water. and if not could you recommend any fresh water puffers.

i have some south american(bee) puffers that are freshwater. they are great! always hunting for snail and ghost shrimp i have in tank.they arent ambush pred. so they are always on the move constantly it seems
