Freshwater butterfly grouper ?

In passing saw this fish with that general name ?

It looks like a cool fish, needs brackish water.

Thats a cool fish, look like a mini Bullrout

I have seen them in some of the stores here from time to time.They usually come in small,about two inches,tops,and are sold for under ten bucks each.
