A friend caught 3 crawfish about 3 inches each and thought they would look good in my Aquarium...I don't have an issue keeping them in my 20 gallon with my 3 feeder goldfish...but what in the world do I feed them?

They will usually eat whatever you put in the tank that reaches the bottom. New Life Spectrum does make a food that is specifically for crustaceans though. Mine have always done well off of regular NLS pellets.

Beacon! HAHA well thats what i used as a kid to catch them hahaha...No need for special food. They will eat normal fish food that has been left over and sank to the bottom. They clean up quite nice. But they will eat small fish too

You could also try bloodworms or krill. Not very particular on what they will eat and just like the posts above anything that reaches the bottom they will eat up.

i used to feed mine earthworms when they were small and night crawlers when they got bigger. i also fed them feeder fish and sinking fish food pellets.

I bought some Alge Waffers and they seem to go right for them they are fun to watch and the feeder goldfish are just left over from cycling my 55gal once my 75gal is fixed if there is any left they will be used to cycle it...thank y'all for the help.

you dont' really need to feed them as they will clean up whatever the feeders don't get when you feed them. But other than that you could feed them just about anything as they are scavengers.
