Is there a freshwater grouper? How big does it get? I've seen videos about them and they've been called the "Bumblebee Grouper".

No, there are a few that can live in fresh for a short duration when they are young, but need salt when adults. Bumblebee groupers, are one of the largest/most wide spread groupers, (9' max) but not a freshwater fish under any cercomstances to my knowledge.

no true freshwater grouper, closest thing looks wise are probably LMB
