Freshwater Moray Eel food

hi friends ................. i'm having 2 small size Freshwater Moray Eel in my pond i attached the foto of my indoor pond bellow. In the pond there r big and small size rocks there, eel get hidden in to it for a month, now slowly coming out. in the pong medium size koi fish r there. when i put the food koi eat all the food.
i dont no what to feed my eel and how to feed them in the pond, when our presence eel is not showing them self. it is not eaten a month, what to do .......i attached the foto, that eel is not my i taken in internet but same size and color

can you post a picture of your actual fish. There are a lot of fw morays out there that are not fw. I have gymnothorax polyuranodon and they will eat anything. I feed mostly cut up shrimp and sea food but supplement with sinking carnivore pellets by hikari
 
Most eels are nocturnal. What do you think about feeding him at night? Also if you have anything smaller than koi in you pond, like mosquito fish, your eel is probably feeding nightly.

An idea would be to catch him and examine him. If he has eaten nothing in a month you will know by how he looks.
