ok so i have a 29 gallon freshwater aquarium set up with 1 Jack Dempsey (which is REALLY pretty) and a few rainbow sharks ect, but im trying to decide whether or not to take it down and replace it with a 29 Gallon Biocube that i want to use for Saltwater, cant have both due to space issues but if you could choose one or the other, which would you guys want and why?
lol oh yeah im looking at like another grand for the live rock, sand, powerhead, fish, and all the other stuff lol its more expensive but i tihnk the looks will be worth it
Keep what you have and improve on it. Not easy to maintain a perfect salt water tank. Fishes always die after a few months. I believe salt water fishes need natural sea to keep them for long life.

biocubes are WAY overpriced and i dont even think they look good. if you are going to spend a fortune on a saltwater aquarium (and the time) i would get a huge reef tank. having a small salt tank is more difficult because the conditions fluncuate more easily. you could get africans, they have almost as bright colors as marines but nothing beats a good reef tank.
