Freshwater Refugium-Nursery thing

I was thinking about getting an in-tank refugium for acclimation, quarantine, maternity or even a brine shrimp nursery. I was thinking about this one...

probably not wise for a quarantine as it shares water with your main tank but you could use it as a hospital for an injured fish

ya I think that is a oxymoron LOL your going to make a qtine inside your main tank. So your basicly just making a refuge for smaller fish to get away but I wouldn't use it for qtine, since its still the same tank with same water
