freshwater snowflake with archers monos scats and puffers?

Will this work or will the eel eat everything he's only about 14" but not that fat/round.

If it can fit in his mouth he will eat it.. and puffers are rarely a good idea to mix with other fish except in very large tanks with very light stocking, and alot of hideing spots and visual blocks. a dedicated puffer will do alot more damage potentially then the eel.
