HI guys. I have a few of these freshwater Beamsworks LEDs and they work great.... problem is last night one of my AQ110s started dripping onto a bannister, which ran down to a powerbar, which dripped onto my powerbar (upside down), which dripped down onto the plug in for one of my beamsworks. It smells like fried electronics. Very distinctive smell. My question to you is, will this work again when the plug in is dried out? Or will I need to replace the whole light? Or perhaps just the plug in piece? I'm not too sure how these are wired up. Thanks for any input!

I have the plug in sitting in a bowl of dried rice to suck the water out of the unit.

Wipe of the plug and try it unless the water got into the fixture. If water only got on the plug there won't be any water that a paper towel can't eliminate. If enough water got on the plug you could have shorted the driver. If the driver is fried your best bet will be to get a new fixture.

No water got into the fixture itself, only the plug. It's one of those plugs with a little box on it that seems to have taken on some water. It's drying out in some rice and I'll try it out tomorrow. Is the driver in the plug, or the lights?

I've never seen the fixture but it sounds like that's the driver.

I went to an industrial electronics store and got a replacement AC adapter for $8 and now the light works again. Just thought I'd write this in case it happens to anyone else :)
