Friend or feeder?

Just released 7 tinfoil barbs, into my 220 with the rays as they were getting hammered by my salvinii pair, they are roughly 4-5" long but 3-4" inches deep in the body(bigger than the rays and gars mouths), they are too quik for my aro ...so far, he seems confused. Anyone want to give there opiniion as to wether my 11 and 14" marbles will have them gone by the morning lol (if any are gone in the morning ill take them into work)

They should be fine at that size as they stay more in the open water making it hard for the rays to pin down.

feeder is the answer lol, 3 fell victim, none were eaten just missing half thier face and gill flaps removed, rays as t1 said must have just cornerd them while they were huddled in the night. oh well, the search continues for some suitably sized shoalers for my tank :/
