frog ID please

Is this a pacific tree frog? With the warm weather lately in So Cal I have had the house open alot and have been getting visitors. They are every where I've seen dozens of them.

Another one below that visits alot. These guys are bigger 2"+/- and I don't know what kind but I'd say some kinda toad. anyone want to ID

Are either of these guys worth catching and selling to pet store?

Both are very common and probably native sepecies. Leave them be better for the frogs/ toads

It might also be illegal to sell native species. So No.
