Lol, my cat does that with my musk turtle until I yell at her. Those are just albino African Clawed Frogs.

Yea the water is pretty gross. But those are some huge clawed frogs.

When I was growing up we had no frogs around our fish ponds because our barn cats would eat them all. But we had plenty of toads (they taste bad plus they're sort of poisonous).
