frogs as live bait

Are frogs toxic to all fish?? I have an alligator gar and I would assume they would eat them in the wild but I dont know

there a pond next door with tons of them. Im assuming they are bullfrogs . not sure though they are green but that probably doesnt help. Ther arent too many frogs native to Vermont though.

bullfrogs would not be toxic. They can be quite big though. How large is the gar.

Also, I have a feeling a predation of a bullfrog is going to get very messy, so be ready to do a water change and clean the filters.
