Frogy's dead! :(

I woke up to find this
Its an african dwarf frog and he's 4 years old. What's their lifespan? It looks like his skin is peeling off. This is a fairly new setup at about 5 months old. Its a 20gal and hes with 2 yellow labs 3 cuckoo catfish 1 petricola 2 rubberlip plecos 1 bristolnose catfish. The yellow lab fm has cuckoo babies in her mouth.

I'm sad to say he was my last living link to the original 4 fish I bought many many years ago. 3 guppies 1m 2f and a dwarf frog .
