Yeah, back when I kept my clawed frogs with fish, I just got a BGK about 4-5 inches long and let it into the tank and my female clawed frog grabbed it right away. The fish was half-way in so I grabbed it by the part that was sticking out and started bothering the frog (poking and shaking) untill it let the fish go. I put the fish in a quarantine tank and it didn't survive that long in there. The clawed frogs are still fine.
Just curious. I see all these pics everywhere of rare fish hanging out of other rare fish's mouth and I wonder if theyre alive and why no one's doing anything

most times it is too late and you would end up losing both fish if your tried to pull the fish out of the other fishes mouth... due to spines and needles, a fishes natural defense.
because when you try to pull the fish out the spines can and probly will stick into the other fishes mouth, which will cause it to get stuck requiring surgery for it to be removed so the other fish can still breath and eat...
Yup, thats why fish swallow head first always. Because the fins wont hurt them, but plecos and catfish are bad for fish to eat because of their spiky fins and barbs.
