hi again all. as you probably guessed i am totally new to keeping front's but have got 43 2 month olds approx 1". what i would like to know is how many times a day should i feed them and what? i am thinking of getting some spectrum grow 0.5mm pellets would this be ok and at what stage should i move on? at the mo i am feeding just crushed flake food, is this ok crushed and at what stage should i just throw it in (not crushed). any advise would be great cheers richard.

For my Moba and Mpimbwe fry they get fed twice a day, once in the morning and then at night. I normally feed them baby brine shrimp in the morning and NLS in the evening. Crushed or non crushed flake food will always break up in water. Seems like your doing fine with the feed just continue to feed properly and do your water changes.
My kapampas get NLS grow twice a day, you should feed them NLS GROW as you will see great results IMO
I feed NLS to my fronts as well. I switch to larger foods as soon as they can fit it in their mouths. It helps eliminate the waste for all the growth formula.
