front help please

I have some small frontosa kigoma about an inch or so. Recently one of them has been resting stationary on a rock and just kind of hanging out there except when fed he goes for the food then goes back to lounging. HE looks fine other than being perched on a rock. Is this impending doom? when he does decide to swim he does bobble a bit and appears generally heavy in movement.
