Front in Trouble!!! Help!

So last night I came home from class and noticed that my juvie front and ate a smaller family member. The only problem was that the "lil bro" is still hanging out of his mouth. Didn't think anything of it since my other fish swim around with feeders hanging out for a few minutes.

Well its been over 12 hours. I'm afraid that if i try to pull it out it will hurt him.

Any suggestions?

You're going to have to remove it, or risk the other front dying.

*Update!

Tried to catch him because i was thinking that i would have to pull the fish out of his mouth and in the process he had spit it out. He had the smaller ones dorsal fin stuck in his lip so there is a little scratch but other than that he seems fine.
