frontosa aggression

we have a 120 4x2x2 with the following fish:
~8 frontosa:
1@7"
2@5"
5@3-4"
~3-3" leleupi
~5-3" p.acei
~5" decorus cat
~6-3" yoyo loaches

everyone gets along but the frontosas are always chasing each other. mose of the fighting goes on with the smaller 7.
they are fed well, plent of hiding spots. im setting up a 280 for rays. i could move some of them to that tanbk but not sure how well they do with rays.

The tank is too short for them to get away I would move them

maybe there's a small male.maybe other fish stressing them(acei).maybe they are fighting for first breeding rights,establishing a pecking order.kind of short tank,but deep.not full grown,so should be alright for now.

I agree, the pseudotropheus acei might be the problem...they are too robust/hyper for the frontosas...they could very well be stressing your frontosas out

At 7 and 5 inches they are getting too large. I have 3 120s and have used them as grow outs always same issue too short
