I would have to say the EBJD, I have a grow out with EBs and Fronts, and the EBs have def outgrew the fronts

ive never raised a EBJD from young so comment for 100% certain but id say frontosa grow faster as the dempseys seem to be quite weak from all the breeding.

depends on age as young fronts grow quickly if kept properly .

i think the EBJD will.. fronts talk forever haha =) according to mine =)
