Frontosa bloat

I have been having issues with bloat with my fronts. All seem to be better but one is prett chronic. Floats all day and not evwn epsom salts will work. Will this fish die, or is there something else i can try?

what do you feed em? If your having problems with bloat only feed em sinking pellets. I've heard they have problems with bloat but in 8 yrs dealing with frontosa i've never experienced it. wish i could help

I agree, it the type of food you feed. No floating food

fronts never feed on the surface in the wild, so they are prone to getting bloat, if you feed flakes just make them sink first

I only use sinking pellets with Africans. Neither my Malawi or Tanganyika species will touch floating pellets.
