meaning if you know how to set my ps3 to read 35mbupload 35mb download.. this has been a problem for me my download has always been reading kb =[ cant play online but for all my comps im reading 32/32mg which is good. the ps3 is hardwired i even messed around with internet setting!! going on a month now. If you are able to fix my connect and unrestrict it all my fronts are yours plus the clowns.

yes i already messed with the dns/ip/custom setting almost everything even rebooting the ps3 and with a new modem.

I am no expert... but here is my guess, the problem lies within the router.
Does your verizon modem come with build in router....if so, have you tried setting up a stand alone router to your modem, then have your ps3 going through the new router?

Just did a little googling, seems like there's a solution by setting up a proxy server on your computer.
