Frontosa diet?

Currently I am offering Krill, Omega One Cichlid floating, and Hikari Bio Gold floating. What do you offer yours?

Same as you but also black worm smelt and tried some flakes. they ate it (the flakes) but i dont think they cared for it much.

I go against the grain and feed mine a staple of HBH super cichlid sinkers.

You've seen them, you know the results

I purchased Dainichi Cichlid XL, and the Frontosa and all my other cichlids eat these pellets. I would prefer Omega One, but I'll have to wait for their sinking pellets to come out. It's a decent quality food, I'd put it in the neighborhood of Hikari.

I thought that Frontosas will not both eating food from the surface, how do you get yours to eat freezedried krill from the top?
