I didnt mean for this to happen but I had a brundi females breed with a male Mpimbwe. The fry turned out great they have the eye stripe of the brundi and the stocky body with wide stripes and blue coloration of the Mpimbwe.

the big negative of breeding hybrid fronts is that they may end up in fish stores and unsuspecting buyers buy them and breed them and so forth, and before you know it, the stripes are 'mooning', the shape of the front is distorted, and other abnormalities. Anyone who breeds fronts does not want hybrids or hybrids in the trade. if they are solely for your tank, fine, but please do not sell them off to others who may breed them further.
