Upon further consideration on using my 90 to house some green terrors, I was thinking I could use it as a frontosaville. Although I know 10 or so frontosa could not be housed in it well, would 1 male and 3-4 females be ok? Would they mate?

The water in my town is practically perfect for frontosa, so thats not an issue.

I'm going to get yelled at, but this is my perception on Fronts. I had 6 in an 8' 240 gallon tank, but they all seemed to hudle in one corner. I decided to add another 5 fronts. Now all the fronts still hang in the same area, but they do use much more of the space. I would bump the tank size up to a 120 and get a trio of Fronts. Make sure that you have a few places for hiding. I would only house fronts in a 90 if they are small. You can keep a couple of young fronts in a 90 for 1 to 2 years. They grow very slow. I know quite a few breeders that have trios/quads in a 75 gallon, but this is a little to small imo. GL
