I assume it's too late and it has spread to the other fish - what do you think? Should I isolate the one infected fish?

I know he was infected by an altolamp I had in the tank for a short time - got the altolamp from an LFS and it started showing signs of lymphocystis after a few weeks. I removed him as soon as I noticed it.

Water parameters are good. 210g with two FX6's + eheim 2215. Weekly water changes. Feed frozen Hikari food. Largest male is about 3.5 in. 15 total fish, need to remove some males soon. Aggression levels are low.
