My one male Frontosa has a lump right below his dorsal fin it doesn't seem to bother him but it looks like it's getting bigger any suggestion's on what to do.

If you mean he is growing a hump above his eyes, before the start of his dorsal fin, it is normal. It's called a nuchal hump. If your talking about something else, pics would help, there is a thread on how to post pics
