Frontosa with buldging eye

help please my frontosa has one of his eyes what looks to be inflated i dont know what it could be but it looks like it could pop!!!! i have a crayfish in the same tank that hangs out were the frontosa does could it just have gotten poked? please help!!!!

it must some crazy thing going on cause my friend just texted me saying he needs to get rid of his fully set up 10 gallon tank that is still running just with no fish this must be some sort of sign cause i need a hospital tank right now. so tomarrow my front will be moved in to a hospital tank!!!

to keep ya updated i moved the big fella to a hospital tank this afternoon and added a does of maracyn1 and 2 plan on doing a water change tomarrow and keep the process going!!

ok i dont know what is happening he seems to be getting worse!!!!
the first one was taken right after he was put in the hospital tank the other two were taken about 10 min ago someone please help and what is that stuff hanging around his eye?
