frontosa

All my Front's have eatten pellets, NLS is prefurred. They will even eat pleco waifers when they are big. I also gave them a treat of blood worms or frozen krill. As for the set up lots of big caves they like to hide i usually, keep mine with other fish they can't eat larger barbs and clown loaches, the tend to come out and swim around more. I have just sold a Breeding group of F1 mpimbwe blue's 13 in total, very nice fish.

I found that a good diet for them is new life spectrum with atreats about 1-2 times a week of mysis shrimp, or raw shrimp from you local deli. I remove the tails and cut it into tiny pcs for them. Yes they are moe spoiled than i am,lol. As far as setting the tank up. Just make sure that there is no sharp edges in the tank because fronts spook very easy and they can run into anything and everything. Provide plenty of hiding spots for them aswell. Last but not least...substrate. I use PFS and tried lots of other substrates and found this to be the cheapest and best substrate for them. Gives them something to play and dig in. Just make sure that you rinse it VERY well before putting it in the tank...

so pleco waffers is good then the circle ones right
i have a medium size one but dont know if its a m or f to young
its really hard to get it here on guam there like 45 dollars my front dosent like to go up to the top so i guess sinking pellets and waffers will be good

sand is better bc they like to dig and sift the sand. add lots of rock or other hiding places. i like stacked rock. FILTRATION...lots of filtration. they get big and poop big.
