I got a 280 and a 120. I have clown loaches, yoyo loaches and some large doradid cats in the 280 and some frontosas and other african in the 120. I want to put the frontosas in the 280 but im currently growing out some 3" silver arowana for the big tank. How will the arowanas fair with frontosas?
Silvers are ruff, Once they get bigger they will eat anything they can ger there mouth on. Mine ate bugs, frogs, mice, shrimp, small fish and more. If you have alot of cover on the bottom were smaller fish can hide when he coms fonw looking for food and also hand feeding so he gets in the habbit that other fish arnt food. But there agen there aggressive and you cant really tell them what and what not they cant do. but good luck with your aro, they are lost of fun when they are broken in and arnt timmid of you and people!
